Head of Legal Department / Legal Manager - Real Estate & Property

Bukitnusa Indahperkasa is seeking a Head of Legal Department / Legal Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage all legal functions of our Real Estate & Property company, providing strategic legal counsel and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

As the Head of Legal Department, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the real estate industry, helping to protect the company's interests and ensuring smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal functions of the company, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to the management team on complex legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the real estate and property sector.
• Manage and mentor the legal team, ensuring high standards of legal practice and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions and investments.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in the real estate and property sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations relevant to the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of managing legal teams and providing strategic legal advice.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
