• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the Specimen Management sector in Southeast Asia.
• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market position and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Represent BD in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the medical technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
