Ascendion is seeking a dynamic Content Assistant to join our growing team in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung)! This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week while being part of a vibrant digital marketing agency. Ascendion specializes in creating engaging content that drives results, and we're looking for someone who can help us craft compelling narratives that resonate with our clients' audiences.

In this role, you'll be working closely with our content strategists and designers to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our clients' websites, blogs, and social media channels. You'll also be responsible for conducting keyword research, creating content calendars, and ensuring our content aligns with our clients' brand voices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for clients' websites, blogs, and social media channels
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy
• Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery
• Collaborate with designers and content strategists to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as infographics and videos, when needed
• Provide support to the content team during campaigns and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer)
