📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and hauling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing guidance and support.
• Optimize mining processes using MineSight and AutoCAD.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain and update operational and safety documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal mining operations.
• Certified by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR).
• Proficient in using MineSight and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
