📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and following standard recipes.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely food preparation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and customer demands.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
