🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in organizational development or change management is a plus.
