📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of our guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 10-20 employees.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
