📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality technology, innovation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and hospitality-specific platforms.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience principles, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in hospitality technology or innovation are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
