📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and organizational skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
