📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide academic and personal counseling to students to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement counseling programs to support student development.,Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions and progress.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive student support.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in counseling and student development.,Promote a positive and inclusive school environment that supports student well-being.,Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to support student success.,Provide guidance and support to students in navigating academic and personal challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Knowledge of best practices in academic and personal counseling.,Experience in working with diverse student populations.,Certification in counseling or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
