The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and stored properly.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food supplies and ingredients.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
