📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead and mentor the sourcing team to ensure high performance and efficiency.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new and innovative sourcing strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and third-party vendors.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with other departments to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.,Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing sourcing strategies.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
