📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Measure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed quantity surveys and reports.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.,Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Maintain and update project schedules and budgets based on quantity survey data.,Provide technical advice and support to project teams on cost control and resource management.,Ensure all quantity survey documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and industry standards.,Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
