📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of user experiences for digital banking products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our customers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that design decisions are aligned with business goals and user needs.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.,Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to our projects.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing them with the support and resources they need to grow and succeed.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, clearly and effectively communicating the benefits and value of the proposed solutions.,Evaluate and optimize existing user experiences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.,Experience with user research methods, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex design challenges.
