📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and market trends.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
