📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Represent the restaurant at events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
