Star Spot Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to fulfillment.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's physical layout.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and assist with any store-related inquiries.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Maintain and update the store's point of sale (POS) system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to work remote hours and meet deadlines.
