📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements of each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using various recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and challenges.
