Makmur Indra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the coffee and beverage industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team and other departments to achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and sales growth.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Understanding of the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
