📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes,Manage payroll and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken)
