📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition for daily operations.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
