Adhitama Mitra Nusantara is seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team in Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah. This role is part of our Sales Mikro Banking division, focusing on Pantai Barat area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.,Recommend and sell financial products and services tailored to clients' needs.,Provide financial education and advice to help clients make informed decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their financial status.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Comply with company policies and regulations in all aspects of the job.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory or sales in the banking/finance industry.,Strong understanding of financial products and services, especially Mikro Banking.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
