📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
