📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and procuring high-quality dry food products for Lotte Shopping Indonesia's stores.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Analyzing market trends and customer preferences to inform procurement decisions.
• Developing and implementing category management strategies to optimize product offerings.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to promote and sell dry food products.
• Conducting regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in CPG and category management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or category management in the CPG industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
