📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.

Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.

Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain vendor relationships.

Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to procurement activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.

Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
