Food Hub Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Learning Development to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.,Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.,Maintain and update learning materials and resources.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in administrative tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or HR role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
