📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.,Coordinate and supervise the work of radiographers and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.,Manage the department's workflow, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to diagnostic imaging.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the radiography team.,Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless integration of diagnostic imaging services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient imaging procedures and departmental activities.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a diagnostic imaging department.,Certification as a Registered Radiographer or equivalent.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and other imaging software.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in diagnostic imaging.
