📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of Bid Managers and support staff in the preparation and submission of construction tenders and proposals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure a competitive edge in the tendering process.,Oversee the preparation of accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing, and schedules.,Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and legal, to ensure all tender requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.,Analyze market trends and competitor bids to identify opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.,Present tender proposals to clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts and maximize project value.,Monitor and report on tender performance, including bid success rates and project profitability.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction tenders and proposals, with the last 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.,Strong understanding of construction tendering processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and invitations to tender.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Primavera, AutoCAD, or Revit.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
