📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the strategic goals of the clinic.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
