📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to smallholder farms to monitor and evaluate performance
• Provide technical support and training to smallholder farmers to enhance their productivity and livelihoods
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations
• Develop and implement community development programs to foster strong relationships with local communities
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with smallholder farmers to address their concerns and improve their performance
• Collaborate with the local government and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices
• Monitor and report on the progress of community development initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and plans for community engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, agricultural extension, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas
