📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.,Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.,Conduct regular quality checks and document findings.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
